FIRST TIME LOGGING IN!? Read this first!

If you had previously used CitizenServe for permits and licenses, your email may already be in the new system. You just need to reset your password. At the login screen, enter the email you previously used to log in and click "reset password" to generate a new password. Once you have created a new password, try logging into the system to view any permits and licenses you have applied for previously, as well as to apply for new ones.
