How To Guide for Applying for New Rental Registration

We aim to create an easy-to-use tool to save both the Citizen and City of Oelwein staff time, allowing both to focus on parts of the process that computers cannot do.  

Step 1: From the main website, scroll down the page until you see the circles with icons. Select the first option, 'Apply for a New Rental Registration.' (picture below) 

Step 2: You'll be directed to the necessary form to complete your new rental registration. From here, you'll complete all the required fields necessary to submit your application. All required fields have a red asterisk. 

Step 3: Select 'add to cart.' Your application has not been submitted yet, as you must pay the necessary submission fees before the city receives the submission notice.

Step 2: Click on the cart icon in the top menu

Step 3: Check out all items in your cart using our credit card processor. After payment has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation that your application has been submitted. Now you are complete. The City will receive your submission and start processing your request. You will receive email notifications as your application moves through the city's process.

You can review all your active licenses through your profile.
